YOUR Money in YOUR Mailbox!… MUST SEE VIDEO- My opponent talks about YOU!

Hello Friend,

I hope you’re all doing great as we transition into some wonderful fall weather.

YOUR Money in YOUR Mailbox! - Promises Kept

During the 2019 General Assembly Session, the Republican-led General Assembly fought tooth and nail against Democrats just to give your money back to you.

Anticipating the effect of the Trump Tax Reform, we set aside nearly $450 million for a Taxpayer Relief Fund to give money back to the hard-working families who earned the money in the first place. This decision is a perfect example of how we as Republicans respect your right to keep the fruit of your labor (your money), and will go to bat for you.

I wanted to make sure you and your family know that the Tax Department began mailing checks around September 15th, so be on the lookout for your rebate! It may not pay for a vacation on a tropical island but it might pay for a pretty nice backyard BBQ. I hope it helps!

I was proud to support the $1 billion tax relief package, which is the most significant tax relief plan in at least 15 years, and the second largest tax cut in Virginia history.

In addition to the Taxpayer Relief Fund and returning your tax dollars, the plan increases the standard deduction by fifty percent beginning in tax year 2019, providing $86 in tax relief for an individual or $173 for a married couple. These long-term changes mean you will see a smaller tax bill next year.

Testimonials - Promises Kept

We are out reminding folks in Loudoun, Clarke, and Frederick Counties just how hard we work for you. At the bottom of this message there are a few of the testimonials which support that claim. This was one of the good news stories to come out of the 2019 Session.

The Race is On

By the way, we're starting to get yard signs out all around the 33rd District. If I haven't been to your door yet and you want a sign, please sign up here!

You'll be seeing my opponent in your mailbox soon and, if the phone surveys she paid for are any indication, they'll be putting horns on my head... not my favorite part of public service.

A summer intern spotted a very odd recurring theme in Mavis Taintor's town hall meetings, posted on her Facebook page; he produced this video. Is Taintor inciting class warfare, or is her view of others just very distorted? Taintor was a political science professor and authored a book titled, "REVOLUTION and Political Change". You decide. The latest campaign finance reports were released two days ago, and my opponent has more than a 5x cash-on-hand advantage on me. A huge amount is coming from wealthy out-of-state liberals who are determined to roll out bad moral and economic policies in Virginia.

My opponent boasts endorsements from the most radical promoters of abortion-for-profit, NARAL, putting her right in step with Governor (Leave-them-to-die) Northam, and Kathy (Ok-to-abort-during-delivery) Tran. Her other recent endorsements include Anti-Gun Activists.

Update on Democrats Covering for Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax, the Accused Sexual Predator

Justin Fairfax refuses to face his accusers in a bipartisan hearing. The Washington Post Editorial Board on Sunday, September 15th, said this: “There are two main procedural ways forward. One is the prospect of criminal investigations in Durham, N.C., where Mr. Fairfax is alleged to have raped an acquaintance at Duke University in 2000, and Boston, where another woman says he forced her to perform … on him, against her will, in 2004. Mr. Fairfax says both encounters were consensual. The other is for the

House of Delegates in Richmond to undertake an impeachment hearing with witnesses who would testify under oath. If the House recommended that Mr. Fairfax be removed, it would fall to the VA State Senate to decide his fate; he could be removed on a two-thirds vote.”

Democrats refuse to participate in a bipartisan hearing.

Please contribute if you can; sooner is better as it helps us plan our winning strategy and finish the race strong! Thanks to the many who already are joining us with financial help and prayer support! Your prayers are our not-so-secret weapon!

Tax Refund Details:

In order to qualify, returns must have been filed before July 1st, and the taxpayer can’t owe any back taxes to their local government, Virginia, the IRS, or any other state agency. For those who do, the money will go to settle those debts.

If you’ve already filed your taxes, you’re eligible for a refund of up to $110 for those filing individually and $220 for those filing as a couple.

The taxpayer’s refund won’t exceed their total tax liability. For example, if your Virginia income tax liability was only $50, your check would likely be $50 instead of the full $110 or $220.

“Dave, I can’t thank you enough for working to change the law so that handicapped parking spaces are available for those who really need them. You listened to me, we worked together, you treated me as though I was your most important constituent and we got the law changed.” –John and Candyce McCann, Leesburg

“Thanks Dave for your successful shepherding of the bill to allow volunteer fire companies and rescue squads the ability to purchase fuel through the state bulk buying contract. I truly appreciate all your time and work and truly appreciate you listening to our concerns.” –Chris Shipe, John H. Enders Fire Company

“Mr. LaRock, I just wanted to send an email to you to again thank you for attending my son's... Eagle Scout Court of Honor. It was truly extraordinary to meet you and my son is still talking about how "his delegate" came to the ceremony. Once again, thank you for the effort and honor in attending and for your remarks during the ceremony.” Bill, Hillsboro
