See the Pattern? - The CDC, Terry McAuliffe and Del. Elizabeth Guzman Agree

Dear Friends,

By now you’ve probably heard the news that the CDC has moved a giant step closer to mandating that kids get the COVID-19 jab as a condition of public school attendance.

I hope you see a pattern here.

To the subject line of this message “the CDC, Terry McAuliffe and Del. Elizabeth Guzman Agree” we can add Virginia Democratic legislators and the teachers unions.

With your support I have been and will continue to stand against these outrageous policies.

I support parents' rights to make important decisions regarding their children’s health and education.  There are 4 more days to enter your comments supporting Gov. Youngkin's re-establishing of parental rights in transgender decisions.

I will only support common sense energy and environmental policies that are made by elected Virginians and that prioritize the families and businesses they affect.

Both Governor Youngkin and Speaker Gilbert have assured Virginians that they will NOT allow the CDC to control who in Virginia gets the jab.

Statement of Speaker Todd Gilbert on the ACIP vote:

“The experts were wrong when they told us that vaccinated people wouldn’t get COVID. They were wrong when they told us it would halt transmission. Parents are rightly concerned about this week’s decision by the CDC, but I can assure Virginians that this action does not make the COVID vaccine mandatory for Virginia’s students. Under state law, the only way to create a mandate would either be through rule-making by the Board of Health, which would not happen until 2024, or through an action of the General Assembly, which will not happen while I am Speaker.”

Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares also issued an official opinion, at the Governor's request, Oct. 21 which found that:

"...should the CDC modify its recommended childhood immunization schedule to include vaccination against COVID-19, children enrolled in schools and childcare facilities in Virginia will not be required to obtain a COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of attendance."

Here is a list of MEDICAL FREEDOM bills AND OTHER INITIATIVES I have led and will continue to press for passage.
